The Digital Databank’s digital platform is a cluster of Personal Data Vaults, PDV’s, from
where Identifiable Individual can interact and transact with others, securely over the
internet. They can also store, share and track who they have shared what with and
when, as all these events are indelibly recorded in their PDV Ledger.
This is achieved by verifying the identity data of a member and biometrically
authenticated them against their record at DHA.

Access to your PDV is via Facial Recognition so all communication sent from inside
your PDV is verified to have been sent by you.

A PDV can be compared to a bank’s safety deposit box. The bank provides a secure
environment for these boxes to be held, a secure access process so that nobody else
can get into your safety deposit box and a record of when you have accessed your
safety deposit box.

In the same way we provide a PDV in which you can store your personal information
and important documents digitally.

We make sure that your PDV is safe and secure, that your data is encrypted and
regularly backed up and that you can access your PDV from anywhere, at any time and
on any connected device, securely.

BUSINESS

Our Business Service has evolved out of the need for certain institutions to hold a
minimum of Personal Information about their clients, members, employees and patients
and keep it up to date.

They also want to be able to verify the individual’s identity and personal details and we
enable this process too.
